TicSalut starts a stage with a new Scientific Advisory Committee

The Scientific Advisory Committee is an important and open body of consultation formed by independent experts from different disciplines. Its mission is to advise the Board of the Fundació TicSalut and to guide it in developing strategies to expand and deepen in the use of ICTs with an open and global view. This council complements the work of the other two in TicSalut: the Advisory Council of Professionals and Citizens and the Advisory Council of Enterprise. 

A meeting incorporating the technique of visual thought 

The first meeting of the Scientific Advisory Committee was a presentation of the members and the strategic alliance of the Fundació TicSalut. Furthermore, the Scientific Advisory Committee was consulted on trends in scientific and technical innovation and the impact on the health system, as well as the priority areas in the development of applications. 

The Scientific Advisory Committee will meet every half-year, but will remain in continuous contact through the encouragement of a shared environment of collaboration in order to produce constructive debate and discussion.
