IHF Barcelona 2020 - Call for abstracts

The World Hospital Congress is a unique opportunity to share your projects and best practice solutions with leaders of health service delivery organizations from around the world. Submitting an abstract for either an oral or poster presentation gives you the chance to showcase your work to the international healthcare community and achieve global recognition.

The 44^th World Hospital Congress is being hosted by La Unió Catalana d’Hospitals (La Unió) on 2-5 November 2020 with the overarching theme “People on board, transforming healthcare. Future is now” with the following sub-themes:

SUB-THEME 1. DIGITAL AND TECHNOLOGY DRIVEN TRANSFORMATIONS

SUB-THEME 2. TOWARDS AN INTEGRATED CONCEPT OF HEALTH AND CARE SERVICES MODEL: VALUE DRIVEN TRANSFORMATIONS

SUB-THEME 3: PEOPLE AT THE CENTER OF HEALTHCARE SYSTEM TRANSFORMATIONS

SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

Health sector leaders and professionals wishing to present their work related to the theme and sub-themes, orally (10-minute presentation) or as a poster, are invited to submit an abstract to the Scientific Committee for consideration.

Important dates:

Open for abstract submission: 9 November 2019

Submission deadline: 31 January 2020 (23:59 UTC -11) 

Notification to accepted paper presentations: 15 April 2020

Notification to accepted posters: 1 May 2020

Submitting an abstract gives you the chance to showcase your work and achievements to the international healthcare community. Accepted posters will also have a chance to compete in the best poster competition at the Congress.
