Launch of a new edition of the ICT and Social care Trend Map survey

The Directorate-General of Social Services (Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Families), in conjunction with the TIC Salut Social Foundation, is launching the third edition of the survey of the ICT Trend Map in the area social care.

In order to continue with the study, the project management have created a new questionnaire to provide further information on the degree of digitalization, the relationship with the public and the degree of technological innovation that exists throughout the Catalan Social Services System.

The aim is to obtain further information on the degree of digitalization, the relationship with the public and the degree of technological innovation that exists throughout the Catalan Social Services System.

The format of this year’s questionnaire is short and simple to encourage the level of response from all professionals in Basic Social Services. Moreover, due to the current situation, new questions related to Covid-19 have been added.

The deadline for collecting the answers is approximately in one month’s time (until the end of October). The data will then be analysed and a report with the most relevant results for 2020 will be made available to the sector.
