The Women 360° Congress celebrates its fifth edition, analysing women’s emotional well-being in the workplace

On October 4, the Women’s 360^o Congress of Directors and Women’s Business Congress will celebrate its fifth edition. More than 300 directors and entrepreneurs will once more gather at ESADECreapolis (Sant Cugat, Barcelona) to discuss numerous topics, share knowledge and create synergies between professionals from different sectors, as well as engaging in networking.

The fifth edition of Women 360° Congress, a leading conference on Health, Welfare and Business for women directors and businesswomen, will feature nine talks on women’s welfare in the business environment, by renowned experts and professionals. The congress will start with a plenary round-table with Muntsa Vilalta, Director General of Commerce of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Carmela Fortuny, Mayor of Sant Cugat; Núria Balada, President of the Catalan Women’s Institute; Dr Elvira Bisbe, Vice President of the College of Physicians of Barcelona; Oriol Alcoba, CEO of ESADECreapolis and Rosa Cuscó, director and founder of the Women 360° Congress.

After, Caterina Biscari, Director of the ALBA Synchrotron, and Josep Miquel Piqué, President of the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation, will discuss their experiences with leadership in the scientific and technological sectors. Throughout the day, those attending the fifth Women 360° Congress will be able to attend presentations by numerous highly-qualified individuals participating in three round table discussions dealing with emotional well-being, intimate health and the management of emotions, with professionals such as Dr Josep Alegre, director of the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Treatment Unit (CFS) at Vall d’Hebron Hospital and Dr Francisca Molero, a clinical sexologist and gynaecologist, Co-director of the Barcelona Institute of Sexology and President of the Spanish Federation of Sexology Societies. They will be joined by Dr Mª Asunción Peiré, an expert in the medical-pharmaceutical, ethical and legal fields; Marc Fortes, coordinator of Virtual Nursing at the Official College of Nurses of Barcelona; Dr Inma González, coordinator of the COMB-UB’s Masters in Cosmetic Medicine and Welfare; and Dr Dolors Ojeda, a gynaecologist. Later, business leaders and professionals will share their experiences in the management of emotions in the business environment. More practical workshops and conferences will occupy the afternoon sessions, concerning personal brand management, meditation and emotional control for maximising managerial performance.

The Women 360º Congress

The Women 360º Congress, Health, Well-being and Business for women directors and businesswomen, emerged as a space for communication and the exchange of knowledge. The congress aims to offer a space for interaction with other business people with common interests, address issues that concern women involving health, business and well-being, offering key information from eminent professionals, and the search for solutions; in addition to giving women greater visibility in business and society as a whole.
