Reinforcing the Bridges and Scaling up EU/US Cooperation on Patient Summary
Second part of the European Trillium Bridge project. A Horizon 2020 programme in which the TIC Salut Social Foundation is part of the consortium with an intercontinental scope. Trillium Bridge II seeks to create a global community of practice for digital health innovation, expanding the adoption of patient summaries worldwide for the benefit of individuals.
It intends to move forward with an international patient summary standard to enable access to and sharing of people’s health information in cases of emergency or unplanned care anywhere in the world, starting with immunisations, allergies, medications, problems and clinical procedures.
