Fundació TicSalut’s Office of Standards and Interoperability will present the Clinical Dictionary for iSalut project, which aims to standardise the vocabulary used in the SISCAT to exchange information. The Clinical Dictionary is based on the SNOMED CT standard as reference technology and ontology of representation, so the congress will explain both the project and the development experience of the Catalan extension of SNOMED CT.
“The SNOMED CT EXPO is a great opportunity to learn, to make our work visible and to open up ways for work with other groups. These spaces of exchange are very necessary for reusing solutions to common problems and to develop the standards so that they meet the true needs of the different users”, confirms Ariadna Rius of the Fundació TicSalut’s Office of Standards and Interoperability.
