New Web Services in the HC3

We inform that three new web services have been implemented in the HC3:

  • Shared Primary Healthcare Clinical Course. It allows the different health entities to recover all the objective information from the primary healthcare professionals (AP, ASSIS, CAP2, etc.) clinical course. Professionals can now consult the CCCAP of the centres having Ecap as a workstation.

The specialised healthcare clinical course will be soon available, as well as other AP providers.

  • New Shared Individual Intervention Plan 2.0 (PIICe2). It allows professionals to display faster and more intuitively the key information about chronic patients and to improve the care they receive from different assistance levels (SEM, UCles, and AP, SS, SM). By clicking on PCC or MACA, the PIIC document opens directly. Moreover, before opening the document you already know whether the recommendations section is completed or not. Nowadays, the structured PIICs of the Catalan Health Institute (ICS) and the Tecla Care Network can be displayed, and the information about new providers is now being implemented.
  • Integrated Agenda. It complements the HC3 and the LMS and it informs both the professional (through the HC3) and the user (through the LMS) about all the patient’s pending appointments.

Terrassa Health Consortium (CST): success case of integration of the clinical workstation with the activity published in the HC3

From the end of last summer the Care Record of the CST clinical workstation presents the activity performed by the Terrassa Health Consortium combined with the information collected from the Shared Medical Record of Catalonia (HC3). Before this integration, the Care Record Clinical Manager screen used to display the list of actions received by patients in the area of specialised care of the CST. Remember that in order to have all the information about any patient’s health record it is necessary to know all the contacts that may have occurred with other centres as well, so that we obtain all the complete clinical information to provide a safer and more efficient service. Thanks to the network connection of most of the Catalan public centres in the HC3, we can now obtain all this information in an integrated manner in the different information systems.
