Pilot trial of biometric authentication in the La Meva Salut portal

A pilot trial to access the “La meva Salut” citizens’ health portal via voice and face authentication.

Facilitating citizens’ access to health data is one of the key elements in providing universal and quality health services. The “La Meva Salut” health information portal is a personal digital space of consultation and relating that allows citizens to access their personal health information and other online services.

TicSalut is taking part in the PIDaaS Project, which aims to test biometric access (samples of voice and face) in 3 different areas: health, online shopping and access to citizens’ information. In this project, TicSalut leads the stage of eHealth with an expected participation of a total 200 people in Catalonia, who will use their own personal mobile devices to access a test bed of La Meva Salut.
