A new edition of the XPatient Barcelona Congress is coming

This event aims to share knowledge and generate debate around the evaluation of patient experience (XPA) and the latest care, technological, and systemic innovations developed by different healthcare providers in Catalonia. For this reason, all content is structured in a schedule divided into three days.

The main session of the congress will take place on September 18, at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Barcelona, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Attendees will enjoy discussion panels where topics such as the evaluation of XPA, the risks and opportunities of technology, and the vision provided by international experiences will be discussed. They will also have the opportunity to learn about the most prominent projects from centers involved in evaluating and improving the patient experience across the country.

Beforehand, to kick things off, the so-called satellite sessions are scheduled between September 16th and 17th. Each session is led by a different healthcare provider, presenting their case or example of implementation and consolidation in the strategy to improve the patient experience, using or not using technology. All sessions can be attended in person at the respective healthcare provider or remotely, with prior registration. Below are descriptions of all satellite sessions and activities for the main event.
