A new impulse will be given to the Catalan Information System of Social Services within the Social Services strategic framework plan part of the Department of Social Rights.

By promoting the creation of new information systems that homogenise processes on the local level, accessibility to information through automation mechanisms reduces management processing time.

The Department of Social Rights leadership wishes to develop social services information systems that integrate with eSocial. While personcentric and data oriented, it will provide information to make decisions, evaluate, and for transparency reasons.

System specifications: 

  • Consolidated data repository.
  • Progress towards a Shared Social History.
  • Integration with other welfare public systems.

In this sense, the Social Services General Directorate, requests TIC Salut Social Foundation advice and technical support when building the necessary modules and processes that create and develop Social Services work environment, wSocial:

  • Participate proactively in the project’s monitoring.
  • Participate in technical work sessions.
  • Social services (sprints).
  • Support to integrate, update, and evolve the InterSocial dictionary.
  • InterSocial management as a service.
  • Project results communication and spreading within the sector.
  • Public workday participation.
