The 2025 Catalonia Digital Innovation Awards introduce a new category for university students

The TIC Salut Social Foundation is once again collaborating with GRAUSTIC in organizing the 2025 Catalonia Digital Innovation Awards, a key recognition for projects driving digital transformation in Catalonia. The call for submissions, open until October 17, will reward outstanding initiatives across twelve different categories, including the Digital Health Innovation Award, co-organized with the Foundation.

This award recognizes innovation in the application of ICT to the health and social care system, particularly projects that place individuals at the center and create value in the field of integrated care.

A key highlight of this year’s edition is the introduction of the University Student Award, which will evaluate final bachelor’s or master’s projects presenting innovative proposals based on new technologies and/or digital transformation processes. With this new category, the awards aim to highlight and promote young talent and emerging ideas from Catalonia’s university system.

The winners will be announced on November 12 and 13, 2025, during the celebration of the Information and Communication Technologies Day in Catalonia, which will be held at the Telefónica Tower in Barcelona.
