The TIC Salut Social Foundation is organizing an information session to present technological solutions that support the rollout of integrated care across Catalonia. Discover some of the technologies that enable the incorporation of comprehensive assessments and personalized care plans.
The event will take place at the Cibernàrium in the MediaTIC building and will bring together professionals from social services, healthcare, managers from the Department of Social Rights and Inclusion and the Department of Health, as well as technology companies.
