The TIC Salut Social Foundation participates as a jury member in the Catalunya Mobile Awards 2025

The TIC Salut Social Foundation, through its Digital Assets for Citizens area, is participating as a member of the jury for the Catalunya Mobile Awards 2025.

These awards, promoted by Catalunya Mobile, recognise the most innovative applications developed in our territory. This independent business association brings together companies, startups, professionals, institutions, research centres, schools and universities dedicated to creating digital assets — whether hardware, software development, networking, mobile operators, marketing and communication agencies, mobility services, or other activities related to the mobile industry.

Carme Pratdepàdua, Head of Digital Assets for Citizens at the Foundation, highlighted that “our presence as a jury member to determine the best solution in the Best Health App category reflects the value of the work carried out so far. It is another example of our institutional commitment to the quality, safety and reliability of health and wellness applications.”

She added that “this leadership in promoting recognised digital validation models has attracted the interest of many colleagues in the international ecosystem — such as Denmark and Sweden, with whom we have recently shared working sessions to exchange knowledge and experiences — as well as nationally with Catalunya Mobile.”

About the Catalunya Mobile Awards 2025

This collaboration stems from the consolidated work of the digital asset and health and wellness app certification service led by the Foundation — a pioneering model and benchmark at both the European and national level.

The service is based on the CEN ISO/TS 82304-2 international standard, which defines a common framework to assess the quality, safety, and reliability of health apps. This experience positions the Foundation as a key entity in evaluating digital solutions that promote trust and transparency in the field of digital health.

For this reason, the Foundation will evaluate all apps submitted to the competition within the Health category.

The Catalunya Mobile Awards 2025 are now open for entries, aiming to give visibility to digital talent and recognise the best applications created in Catalonia.

Participation is free for members of Catalunya Mobile. Any company that has developed a digital asset during 2025 may submit its entry, with no limit on the number of submissions, in any of the following categories:

  • Best Health App

  • Best Education App

  • Best Sports App

  • Best Utilities App

  • Best Business App

  • Best Security App (supported by ASCICAT)

  • Best Catalan-language App (supported by the Government of Catalonia)

Applications can be submitted until 15 January 2026 via the official form.
