Next Thursday, 27 November, the Conference “Transforming the Care of Critical Patients in Catalonia. The Lleida – Alt Pirineu and Aran Model” will take place at the Arnau de Vilanova University Hospital.During the session, the model of critical patient care within the Health System will be presented, developed through the Critic.CAT project, coordinated by the TIC Salut i Social Foundation.The project aims to improve the delivery of intensive care services across Catalonia through a care model based on digital tools.The event will also feature the presentation of its regional implementation in the Lleida and Alt Pirineu and Aran health regions.
