4YFN 2026 returns from March 2 to 5. The innovation, technology transfer and entrepreneurship event in the fields of technology, digital health and social innovation. It takes place during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) and provides a platform to connect organizations responsible for delivering healthcare and personal care services. A space where professionals linked to research, spin-offs and startups, investors and public bodies come together.

The Fundació TIC Salut i Social organizes and brings together the digital health and social innovation ecosystem to create new synergies and move forward in defining new innovative solutions related to health and care.

All of them gather at the Catalonia Digital Health Innovation Ecosystem, the forum for debate and the presentation of the most disruptive advances, where all entities linked to the Department of Health and the Department of Social Rights and Inclusion are represented, as well as the Catalan Health Service, the Catalan Health Institute, La Unió, the Health and Social Care Consortium of Catalonia, the Third Social Sector Roundtable of Catalonia, ACES and ACRA.
