The Hospital de Sant Pau i la Santa Creu is organising the XXV edition of the Sant Pau Pain Conference, which this year has a special focus: the celebration of the 25th anniversary of these conferences.
The event will focus on the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the healthcare system, a technology that is revolutionising medical care. AI enables professionals to work more efficiently, improve and personalise diagnoses and treatments, and focus more on the patient. Its ability to analyze large volumes of data and identify patterns makes it a key tool for the sustainability of the healthcare system, reducing administrative burdens and opening new opportunities.
The conference will explore how professionals treating patients with pain can leverage these tools to enhance efficiency and clinical decision-making, thereby improving patient well-being.
The Director of the TIC Salut Social Foundation, Joan Guanyabens, will participate with the presentation “Artificial Intelligence and Health”, and the head of the Artificial Intelligence Area and Technical Secretary of the Salut/AI Program, Susanna Aussó, will talk about regulatory guides applicable to AI.
