Last November, a proof of concept for transporting biological samples by drone was carried out in the Northern Metropolitan Area, driven by the TIC Salut Social Foundation, the Telecommunications and Information Technology Centre, T-Systems, the Germans Trias i Pujol University Hospital, the Catalan Institute of Health, the Medical Emergency System, and the BCN Drone Center. During this session, the main stakeholders of the project will present the results obtained from the proof of concept, as well as the drone strategy in healthcare in Catalonia and its potential applications.
