From November 25 to 26, 2025, the World Trade Center Barcelona will host the second edition of the WeMind International Forum, a leading meeting point that brings together professionals, companies, organizations, technology and research centers, public administrations, and third sector entities driving innovation in personal autonomy, mental health, neuroscience, and longevity. A space designed to address the major challenges and opportunities of a sector in full transformation.
This international debate and dialogue space has been conceived as an open and participatory environment where experts in mental health and longevity can exchange knowledge and generate new collaborations to foster sustainable and innovative solutions that improve people’s quality of life and autonomy across all life stages.
Organized by WeMind Cluster, and as members of its board of directors, the Foundation will take part in the round table on November 26, prior to the closing session, “Sectoral Data Spaces: Personal Autonomy”, where Anna Benavent, Director of Digital Strategy and Data (Corporació Sanitària Parc Taulí) and Health Data Consultant at Fundació TIC Salut Social, will share insights on the use of health data in the current context of the European Health Data Space.
This second edition will once again focus on the six key areas that reflect the sector’s main challenges and opportunities: longevity, new housing models, business development, digital transformation, care and support, and social challenges. Through these themes, success stories, new technologies, innovative policies, and care models that place the individual at the center will be presented.
The program will feature keynote speeches by internationally renowned professionals providing strategic insights into the forum’s key topics:
Kaisa Hartikainen, Digital Health Policy Advisor at WHO and expert in people-centered innovation (Opening Keynote).
Eloy Van Haal, Innovation Director at Vilans, the Dutch institute for healthy aging (Longevity).
Raúl Sánchez Fernández-Beltrán, Coordinator of the European Anti-Poverty Network (Social Challenges).
Cleo Valentine, Founder of Keyhole, an intergenerational co-living initiative with social impact in the UK (New Housing Models).
After their launch in 2024, the WeMind Awards return for their second edition, recognizing innovative and impactful projects in the fields of personal autonomy, neuroscience, mental health, and longevity. Categories are designed for the participation of startups, collaborative projects from third-sector entities, and public administrations. The awards help highlight transformative initiatives and will be presented during the WeMind International Forum.
