REM proposes a guided teaching, and not just a set of meditations, for a gradual training through 8 stages that can coincide with days, weeks or months, depending on the user’s rhythm.<\/p>\n

Each stage offers three sections that are called: LISTEN, PRACTICE and INTEGRATE. Through the program you will learn in the LISTENING section important information for training your mind, in the PRACTICE section you will be introduced to the fundamental practices of Mindfulness and in the INTEGRATE section, you will be suggested ideas to incorporate this attitude in life daily.<\/p>\n
