The Consorci de Salut i Social de Catalunya (CSC) is organising a new #iNNovaci\u00f3CSC debate, \u201cFrom Promise to Real Value: The Future of AI in Health Systems\u201d, which will take place on Wednesday, 26 November, at 12 p.m., at the organisation\u2019s headquarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The debate aims to provide a critical and realistic space to reflect on the present and future of AI in healthcare, given the excess of expectations that often contrasts with the real challenges of implementation and adoption within health organisations. During the session, questions such as \u201cWhere exactly are we within the hype cycle?\u201d, \u201cAre we ready for systemic adoption?\u201d or \u201cDo we still need much greater maturity to extract real value?\u201d will be discussed, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The session will feature Paula Petrone, Digital Health Unit Leader at BSC; Marine Clea Renard, doctor and Head of the AI Department at Hospital del Mar; Antoni Berenguer, Head of the AI Department at the TIC Salut i Social Foundation; and Albert Sabater, Director of the Observatory of Ethics in Artificial Intelligence of Catalonia (OEIAC) at the University of Girona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
