Next Thursday, 27 November<\/strong>, the Conference \u201cTransforming the Care of Critical Patients in Catalonia. The Lleida – Alt Pirineu and Aran Model\u201d<\/strong> will take place at the Arnau de Vilanova University Hospital<\/strong>.During the session, the model of critical patient care within the Health System will be presented, developed through the Critic.CAT project<\/strong>, coordinated by the TIC Salut i Social Foundation<\/strong>.The project aims to improve the delivery of intensive care services across Catalonia through a care model based on digital tools.The event will also feature the presentation of its regional implementation in the Lleida<\/strong> and Alt Pirineu and Aran<\/strong> health regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
