The conference will bring together researchers, clinicians and managers from around the world who are engaged in the design and delivery of integrated health and social care.<\/p>\n<p>The conference is kindly hosted by Vilans and the National institute of public Health and the Environment (RIVM) and is supported by ZonMw.<\/p>\n<p>At every conference, the Integrated Care Academy\u00a9 awards best paper and poster prizes to the most innovative, relevant and impactful presentations. You can download this years\u2019 longlisted abstracts below. Overall, 32 paper abstracts and 9 poster abstracts were nominated by at least one reviewer to merit the award. A second round of reviews performed by the Scientific Committee will now determine the shortlisted abstracts. These will be announced end of April. The winners will then be determined based on their presentations during ICIC18.
