For yet another year, <strong>the TIC Salut Social Foundation was there, with a spot at the Digital Catalonia stand.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The theme of this year\u2019s edition was &#8220;Connectivity Unleashed&#8221; and it focused on 6 thematic axes: Artificial Intelligence, 5G connectivity, the use of the cloud (CloudNet), digital finance (FinTech), the metaverse and the technological horizon. Under this banner, the most influential congress in the world of the connectivity industry has fully recovered the face-to-face format, with <strong>more than 1,500 exhibitors and 1,000 speakers<\/strong>. In parallel to the MWC, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.4yfn.com\/\">Four Years From Now<\/a> (4YFN) event was also held. 4YFN is an international benchmark in terms of connecting startups, investors and companies and in promoting new business opportunities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Catalonia looks up&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the projects which the TIC Salut Social Foundation presented at the <strong>Digital Catalonia<\/strong> stand was the <a href=\"https:\/\/iasalut.cat\/en\/programa-salut-ia\/\">Health\/ AI Programme<\/a>, the European project <a href=\"https:\/\/incisive-project.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">INCISIVE<\/a> (which aims to use artificial intelligence for diagnosing and detecting cancer), the work of the Data Protection Officer&#8217;s department and the App Certification Service of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ticsalutsocial.atoom.space\/en\/el-tipus\/mhealth\/\">mHealth Office<\/a>. Promoted by the Department of the Vice-Presidency and the Department of Digital Policies and Territory of the Generalitat de Catalunya under the slogan &#8216;<strong>Catalonia looks Up<\/strong>&#8216;, this stand also provided 52 other Catalan companies, organisations and technology centres with the opportunity to share their most innovative projects in the field of ICTs.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the first time, Digital Catalonia showcased an innovative 360\u00ba holographic experience designed to show the benefits of IoT\/5G connectivity as well as the space missions that are being carried out with nanosatellites within the framework of the <a href=\"https:\/\/politiquesdigitals.gencat.cat\/en\/tic\/estrategia-new-space-de-catalunya\/index.html\">NewSpace Strategy for Catalonia<\/a>. Furthermore, there was a presentation of one of the Vice-Presidency\u2019s most strategic projects: the <a href=\"https:\/\/politiquesdigitals.gencat.cat\/ca\/tic\/aina-el-projecte-per-garantir-el-catala-en-lera-digital\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AINA project<\/a>, which uses data technologies and Artificial Intelligence to teach machines to understand and speak Catalan.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, the congress also hosted the second edition of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accio.gencat.cat\/es\/serveis\/innovacio\/startups-i-innovacio-disruptiva\/mwc-open-innovation-challenge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Open Innovation Challenge<\/a>, organised by the Department of Business and Employment, through the ACCI\u00d3 programme; a B2B meeting between the key agents involved in the innovation ecosystem.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ticsalut\/status\/1499467142881849356\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Watch this Fundaci\u00f3 TIC Salut Social&#8217;s participation at MWC<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":12,"featured_media":10719,"menu_order":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false},"etiqueta":[],"tipus":[],"topic":[122,129],"class_list":["post-10976","noticia","type-noticia","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","topic-hot-news","topic-the-fundation"],"acf":{"autor":"","textos_destacats":false,"documents":false,"imatge":false},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 -
