With this in mind it publishes its Continua Design Guidelines (CDG), focused on referencing international standards for the free and safe circulation of data generated by personal health devices. These guidelines are used by the TIC Salut Social Foundation, for example, in its accreditation process for glucometers.<\/p>\n<p>In order that the manufacturers and institutions which are interested can check whether their devices or services comply with the CDG, PCHAlliance puts its <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pchalliance.org\/install-continua-test-tool\">Continua Test Tool<\/a> (CTT) at their disposal, which means the relevant tests can be carried out.<\/p>\n<p>Manufacturers can obtain the official Continuous Certificate (<em>Continua Certified<\/em>) or use the CTT to declare they comply with the guidelines (<em>Continua Compliant<\/em>). Recently, the CTT has become an open access tool, ensuring both processes are more accessible.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, a new version of the CTT (7.0.0) has been published, incorporating new features of the 2017 Guidelines, such as new tests for glucose sensors and insulin dispensers.
