Specifically, forum members can contribute ideas to ongoing projects, take part in online seminars and activities related to COMFORTAGE, and connect with experts, organisations, and citizens committed to advancing healthy and active ageing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next CCF activity will be the online seminar <a href=\"https:\/\/events.teams.microsoft.com\/event\/e6dbd99a-faa7-4bfc-b9ca-32d3ade44f3b@db8ec9ef-45bb-4c35-a570-ea99f38b2fd9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cExploring training and development opportunities for healthcare providers and caregivers\u201d<\/a>, which will take place on <strong>27 November from 11:00 to 12:00<\/strong>. The webinar will explore training and development opportunities enabling healthcare professionals and caregivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About COMFORTAGE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>COMFORTAGE is a project funded by the Horizon Europe programme and made up of 39 organisations from research centres, universities, health and social care entities, associations, non-profit foundations, and technology and legal companies in 12 European countries. For the past two years, they have been working to drive meaningful change in dementia and frailty care in Europe by developing holistic and integrated health models tailored to the individual needs of people with age-related physical and mental conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The TIC Salut i Social Foundation is involved by contributing its expertise in explainability models (XAI) and trustworthy artificial intelligence.
