{"id":3902,"date":"2019-06-04T16:32:55","date_gmt":"2019-06-04T14:32:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ticsalutsocial.atoom.space\/?post_type=noticia&#038;p=3902"},"modified":"2021-07-21T15:41:32","modified_gmt":"2021-07-21T13:41:32","slug":"a-new-version-of-the-catalan-extension-of-snomed-ct-has-been-released","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/ticsalutsocial.atoom.space\/en\/noticia\/a-new-version-of-the-catalan-extension-of-snomed-ct-has-been-released\/","title":{"rendered":"A new version of the Catalan extension of SNOMED CT has been released"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Fundaci\u00f3 TIC Salut Social\u2019s Office of Standards and Interoperability has just released the <strong>9<sup>th<\/sup> version of the Catalan extension of SNOMED CT<\/strong>, which can be downloaded by filling out the form on our website:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ticsalut.cat\/estandards\/terminologia\/recursos\/obtencio-de-snomed-ct\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.ticsalut.cat\/estandards\/terminologia\/recursos\/obtencio-de-snomed-ct\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The 9<sup>th<\/sup> version of the Catalan extension contains the following subsets:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ticsalutsocial.atoom.space\/projectes\/oficina-interoperabilitat\/interoperabilitat-semantica\/diccionari-clinic-per-a-isalut\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>iHealth Clinical <\/em><\/strong><\/a><strong><em><u>Dictionary<\/u><\/em><\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Pathological anatomy. <strong>New version!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Attributes of services. <strong>New version!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Clinical documents. <strong>New version!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Benefit scales. <strong>New version<\/strong> <strong>and now available in Catalan!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Cancer screening report. <strong>New version<\/strong> <strong>and now available in Catalan!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Spirometry report. <strong>New domain!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Notification of adverse reactions to immunizations. <strong>New version!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ophthalmology and neurology. <strong>New version!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Healthcare professions. <strong>New version and now available in Catalan!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Clinical variables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Intersocial<\/em><\/strong>, subsets of problems and answers in the field of social care (in Catalan and Spanish). These subsets have not yet been updated, since the second part of the Intersocial project is currently underway and we are awaiting the results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>mHealth and mSocial<\/strong>, subset of mHealth and mSocial variables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The Catalan extension in numbers<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>170 new concepts<\/strong> have been created in the 9<sup>th<\/sup> version:\n<ul>\n<li>In total the extension now has <strong>005 active concepts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>SNOMED CT<\/strong> was first translated <strong>into Catalan <\/strong>in 2016, in collaboration with the <strong>Language Planning Service of the Department of Health and TERMCAT<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Currently <strong>737 descriptions<\/strong> have been translated into Catalan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>New RF2 format fully adopted<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The Catalan extension has already been fully published in RF2, both in terms of the components (concepts, descriptions and relationships) and the subsets.\n<ul>\n<li>We have <a href=\"https:\/\/ticsalutsocial.atoom.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/faq-sct.pdf\">updated the SNOMED CT<\/a><u> FAQs <\/u>and made a <a href=\"https:\/\/ticsalutsocial.atoom.space\/rf1-rf2-tic-salut-social\/\">comparison between the RF1and RF2<\/a><u> formats<\/u>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>INT and ES-ARG versions are also distributed in the RF2 format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>We have also published the following in the iHealth Clinical Dictionary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>OIDs:<\/strong> A new version of the OIDs registry for SISCAT.
