{"id":3919,"date":"2019-06-14T13:49:35","date_gmt":"2019-06-14T11:49:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ticsalutsocial.atoom.space\/?post_type=noticia&#038;p=3919"},"modified":"2021-07-21T15:41:41","modified_gmt":"2021-07-21T13:41:41","slug":"josue-sallent-the-new-director-of-the-uvic-uccs-health-and-social-ict-chair","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/ticsalutsocial.atoom.space\/en\/noticia\/josue-sallent-the-new-director-of-the-uvic-uccs-health-and-social-ict-chair\/","title":{"rendered":"Josu\u00e8 Sallent, the new director of the UVic-UCC\u2019s Health and Social ICT Chair"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Wednesday 12<sup>th<\/sup> the Executive Committee of the Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria Balmes (FUB) passed a proposal to appoint <strong>Josu\u00e9 Sallent<\/strong> as the new director of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uvic.cat\/catedra-tic-salut\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Health and Social ICT<\/a><u> Chair<\/u> which until now has been directed by Dr Francesc Garc\u00eda Cuy\u00e0s, together with the change of name of the Chair, which now includes the word &#8220;social&#8221;. Sallent holds a PhD in physics from the University of Barcelona and is the current director of the <em>Fundaci\u00f3 TIC Salut Social<\/em>, the partner with whom the UVic-UCC created the Chair.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Chair\u2019s mission is to generate, disseminate and transfer knowledge on the use of ICT in the field of health and social services, initially in terms of three major areas, to which others may subsequently be added:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To promote the use of ICT within the health and social sector by identifying innovation and research projects.<\/li>\n<li>The definition of a framework of professional competences in the field of ICT, health and social care.<\/li>\n<li>The rational use of telemedicine to improve a non-attendance healthcare model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":21,"featured_media":3915,"menu_order":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false},"etiqueta":[],"tipus":[95],"topic":[122,128],"class_list":["post-3919","noticia","type-noticia","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tipus-integrated-care","topic-hot-news","topic-projects"],"acf":{"imatge":3916,"autor":"Adri\u00e0 G.Font"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 -
