La Ger\u00e8ncia Territorial de la Catalunya Central de l’Institut Catal\u00e0 de la Salut, el Campus Manresa de la Universitat de Vic \u2013 Universitat Central de Catalunya, IDIAPJGol i la Fundaci\u00f3 TIC Salut Social publiquen una an\u00e0lisi que demostra que l’\u00fas de la telemedicina es relaciona amb una disminuci\u00f3 de les emissions de gasos contaminants mitjan\u00e7ant la reducci\u00f3 de despla\u00e7aments viaris, cadascun associat amb un estalvi de 21,3 km, 25 min de despla\u00e7ament, 3,24Kg de CO2 , 4,5 grams de mon\u00f2xid de carboni i 4,86 grams d\u2019\u00f2xid n\u00edtric i 3,2 grams de di\u00f2xid de sofre de mitjana, per despla\u00e7ament evitat. L’an\u00e0lisi mostra que el 73% de les derivacions entre l’atenci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria i hospital\u00e0ria que es realitzen via telemedicina solucionen el cas cl\u00ednic sense necessitat d’acudir a l’especialista presencialment.<\/p>\n

Aix\u00ed doncs, l\u2019estudi demostra que la telemedicina podria incorporar-se en el conjunt de mesures orientades a tenir cura del medi ambient.<\/p>\n
