{"id":4395,"date":"2020-03-30T17:00:38","date_gmt":"2020-03-30T15:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ticsalutsocial.atoom.space\/?post_type=noticia&#038;p=4395"},"modified":"2021-07-21T15:45:59","modified_gmt":"2021-07-21T13:45:59","slug":"the-second-phase-of-the-intersocial-project-ends","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/ticsalutsocial.atoom.space\/en\/noticia\/the-second-phase-of-the-intersocial-project-ends\/","title":{"rendered":"The second phase of the Intersocial project ends"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The TIC Salut Social Foundation in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Families and the Barcelona Provincial Council, completed the second phase of the Intersocial project in March 2020, which was launched in June 2019 jointly. with a group of experts from the territory of health and social.<\/p>\n<p>In order to continue to evolve into a common controlled vocabulary that allows more integration of social services data in Catalonia, the second phase of the project, Intersocial 2, was created, with the aim of expanding the definition of a vocabulary controlled to standardize the problems, the factors and the observations in the scope of the social attention by means of the study of new cases of use of childhood and mental health.<\/p>\n<p>The products obtained have been:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extension of the list of problems and subsets defined in the Intersocial (Phase 1)<\/li>\n<li>Creating factor listings and observations.<\/li>\n<li>Mapping the list of issues, factors, and observations using the SNOMED CT Reference Controlled Vocabulary.
