Implementation by national or regional health systems entails the&nbsp;<strong>deployment of solutions<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 like those of the USA\u2019s Blue Button \u2013 that can be accessed through&nbsp;<strong>mHealth apps<\/strong>. Once data is in people\u2019s own hands, more options emerge that can support&nbsp;<strong>self-care<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>health research<\/strong>.
