La seva CEO, <strong>Maria Jes\u00fas Salido<\/strong>, ha compartit amb nosaltres com ha estat el proc\u00e9s i per qu\u00e8 van decidir passar aquesta certificaci\u00f3, que se suma a altres acreditacions internacionals que han obtingut pr\u00e8viament, com el marcatge de la CE i la FDA.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019App est\u00e0 disponible des del 2012, i ha anat evolucionant i introduint millores, a mida que ha anat creixent i establint col\u00b7laboracions amb diferents entitats. \u201cDes de sempre, vam decidir que anir\u00edem a qualsevol proc\u00e9s que ens garant\u00eds que el que est\u00e0vem fent no nom\u00e9s no donava problemes ni era perill\u00f3s per als pacients, sin\u00f3 que a m\u00e9s, tenia <strong>impactes positius en la seva salut<\/strong>\u201d explica Salido, que afegeix que \u201c<strong>a l\u2019hora d\u2019anar al mercat \u00e9s imprescindible aportar aquestes garanties per tenir un producte competitiu<\/strong>\u201d.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 permet millorar la gesti\u00f3 i el control de la diabetis a trav\u00e9s del m\u00f2bil, registrant informaci\u00f3 rellevant per al tractament, com ara la glucosa en sang, la insulina, els Carbohidrats, els medicaments o l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica, i visualitzar les gluc\u00e8mies i la insulina activa. A banda d\u2019aquesta funcionalitat, tota la informaci\u00f3 que pengen els pacients a l\u2019App es visualitza en una plataforma que poden consultar els professionals de la salut per \u201cmonitoritzar en temps real qu\u00e8 passa amb aquests&nbsp; pacients i poder fer intervencions proactives per poder gestionar la diabetis d\u2019una forma una mica m\u00e9s racional\u201d, aprofitant la tecnologia que tenim ara, comenta la responsable de la plataforma.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecte al proc\u00e9s de certificaci\u00f3, Salido assegura que ha estat \u201camable\u201d, perqu\u00e8 ja han passat altres processos internacionals i el producte ja t\u00e9 un bon nivell de maduresa.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OhmhXOBCNJQ\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>Sobre el Servei de Certificaci\u00f3 d\u2019Apps<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per atorgar el segell de la certificaci\u00f3, la Fundaci\u00f3 TIC Salut Social i un equip multidisciplinari format per experts en medicina, infermeria, psicologia, educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica, usabilitat, protecci\u00f3 de dades i desenvolupament t\u00e8cnic han avaluat quatre grans blocs: la usabilitat i accessibilitat, la tecnologia, la seguretat, i la funcionalitat i els continguts.
