Su CEO, N\u00faria Pastor, comparte sus impresiones sobre el proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n y por qu\u00e9 decidieron someter su producto a esa certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\r\n<p>La herramienta de HumaITcare puede conectarse a plataformas de terceros, como historias cl\u00ednicas, e interoperar informaci\u00f3n. De esta forma puede compilar datos desde diferentes dispositivos como gluc\u00f3metros, balanzas, tensi\u00f3metros o wearables que utilizan los pacientes desde sus domicilios y en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Durante la recogida de los datos se generan alarmas de seguimiento, previamente configuradas por los profesionales, \u00fatiles para detectar situaciones delicadas de los pacientes como riesgo de reca\u00edda o descompensaciones. Esta informaci\u00f3n puede quedar registrada en las historias cl\u00ednicas digitales que gestionan los centros asistenciales.<\/p>\r\n<p>La configuraci\u00f3n del software se realiza desde los hospitales. A trav\u00e9s de un acceso a la API del aplicativo se realiza la integraci\u00f3n de HumanITcare con la historia cl\u00ednica del centro y se configura el plan de seguimiento para determinar el tipo de datos recogidos, la frecuencia, los tipos de alertas y otra informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil como un espacio de preguntas frecuentes.<\/p>\r\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n con el proceso de recomendaci\u00f3n de la herramienta a pacientes Pastor afirma que \u00abel acceso no es libre. Los usuarios siempre est\u00e1n bajo supervisi\u00f3n de un profesional de la salud y el acceso a descarga siempre viene dado por el m\u00e9dico\u00bb. Y a\u00f1ade que para la empresa desarrolladora \u00abes muy importante que detr\u00e1s de esta herramienta haya un equipo cl\u00ednico y no se pierda el trato humano. Que un profesional de referencia pueda supervisar cuestiones t\u00e9cnicas y hablar directamente con el paciente suma valor a la nuestra aportaci\u00f3n a la salud digital\u00bb.<\/p>\r\n<p>Para poder ampliar la comunidad de usuarios se desplegar\u00e1 un grupo de control y seguimiento que permita incrementar el enfoque a planes de prevenci\u00f3n y enfermedades cardiol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h3>Sobre el Servicio de Certificaci\u00f3n de Apps<\/h3>\r\n<p>Respecto al proceso de certificaci\u00f3n, la CEO de HumanITcare explica que se han encontrado con un \u00abm\u00e9todo exigente, cercano y resolutivo.
