Los d\u00edas 27 y 28 de septiembre de 2018 celebramos en Vic las 8as Jornadas I + D + I TIC Salud y Social con el tema que lleva por t\u00edtulo: \u00abTecnolog\u00eda y humanismo: Terapias digitales\u00bb. La ocasi\u00f3n parece adecuada para explorar aspectos filos\u00f3ficos que relacionan la condici\u00f3n humana con el uso avanzado de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas. Humanismo, transhumanismo, posthumanismo … son conceptos que ahora tambi\u00e9n toman relieve dado que de forma previa al evento se presentar\u00e1 y debatir\u00e1 el libro de Yuval Noah Harari, Homo Deus.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Algunos conceptos clave:<\/span><\/p>\n

Humanismo<\/b>
\n<\/b>Considerando que el hombre est\u00e1 en posesi\u00f3n de capacidades intelectuales potencialmente ilimitadas, los humanistas consideraban la b\u00fasqueda del saber y el dominio de diversas disciplinas como condici\u00f3n necesaria para el buen uso de estas facultades. As\u00ed entendido, el humanismo trata de exponer y difundir con m\u00e1s claridad el patrimonio cultural. El individuo, correctamente instruido, permanece libre y plenamente responsable de sus actos en la creencia de su capacidad de elecci\u00f3n. En resumen, se trata de dar valor al hombre y el estudio de las humanidades<\/span>
\n<\/b>
\n<\/b>Transhumanismo<\/b>
\n<\/b>
\n<\/b>En 1990, el fil\u00f3sofo More, cre\u00f3 su propia doctrina transhumanista, que adopt\u00f3 la forma de los \u00abPrincipios de Extropia\u00bb, y estableci\u00f3 el fundamento del transhumanismo moderno, d\u00e1ndole una nueva definici\u00f3n: \u00abEl transhumanismo es un tipo de filosof\u00edas que intentan guiarnos hacia una condici\u00f3n posthumana. El transhumanismo comparte muchos elementos del humanismo, incluido un respeto por la raz\u00f3n y la ciencia, un compromiso con el progreso y una valoraci\u00f3n de la existencia humana (o trashumante) en esta vida \u00ab. El transhumanismo se diferencia del humanismo en el reconocimiento y la anticipaci\u00f3n de las alteraciones radicales de la naturaleza y las posibilidades de nuestras vidas derivadas de la ciencia y la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n

El Extropianismo, un l\u00ednea filos\u00f3fica dentro del transhumanismo<\/em><\/p>\n

El extrop\u00eda, tambi\u00e9n conocida como filosof\u00eda del extrop\u00eda, es un marco de valores y normas transhumanista para la mejora continua de la condici\u00f3n humana; su meta es mejorar la condici\u00f3n humana tanto a nivel f\u00edsico como psicol\u00f3gico o intelectual. Los extropianos creen que los avances en la ciencia y la tecnolog\u00eda alg\u00fan d\u00eda conseguir\u00e1n que la gente viva de manera indefinida y que los seres humanos de hoy tengan una buena oportunidad de ver este d\u00eda. La extrop\u00eda es guiada por un enfoque pragm\u00e1tico y din\u00e1mico sobre la evoluci\u00f3n humana y el progreso. La extrop\u00eda es la corriente de pensamiento transhumanista m\u00e1s temprano, y se origin\u00f3 incluyendo el concepto de orden espont\u00e1neo, opuesto, de forma metaf\u00f3rica, a lo que es el concepto f\u00edsico de entrop\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n

FM-2030, un fil\u00f3sofo transhumanista<\/em><\/p>\n

FM-2030 fue el nombre adoptado por el fil\u00f3sofo y futur\u00f3logo transhumanista Fereidoun M. Estefandiary, quien afirmaba sentir una profunda nostalgia por el futuro. En 1989 escribi\u00f3 una de las obras fundamentales del transhumanismo: \u00abEres un transhumano?: Monitorizando y estimulando tu ratio personal de crecimiento en un mundo r\u00e1pidamente cambiante. Tambi\u00e9n escribi\u00f3 una serie de obras de ficci\u00f3n de tem\u00e1tica realista que firm\u00f3 con su nombre de nacimiento F.M. Esfandiary. Este fil\u00f3sofo escogi\u00f3 su nuevo nombre como s\u00edmbolo de su esperanza de llegar a centenario el a\u00f1o 2030, una fecha en la que, supon\u00eda, la tecnolog\u00eda habr\u00eda avanzado lo suficiente como para permitir una longevidad indefinida.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cyborgs: nuevas identidades del transhumanismo<\/em><\/p>\n

Muchas, aunque no todas las definiciones de diccionario actuales de \u00abcyborg\u00bb hacen referencia a la mejora. El diccionario de Oxford define un cyborg como \u00abUna persona ficticia o hipot\u00e9tica, las habilidades f\u00edsicas de la cu\u00e1l se extienden m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las limitaciones humanas normales por elementos mec\u00e1nicos incorporados en el cuerpo\u00bb. El Diccionario de Norteam\u00e9rica define un cyborg como: \u00abUn organismo, a menudo un humano, que tiene ciertos procesos fisiol\u00f3gicos mejorados o controlados por dispositivos mec\u00e1nicos o electr\u00f3nicos, especialmente cuando est\u00e1n integrados con el sistema nervioso.<\/span><\/p>\n

Posthumanismo<\/b><\/p>\n

Posthumano o post-humano es un concepto b\u00e1sicamente originado en los campos de la ciencia ficci\u00f3n, la futurolog\u00eda, el arte contempor\u00e1neo, y la filosof\u00eda. Estos m\u00faltiples or\u00edgenes interactuando han contribuido a una profunda confusi\u00f3n en torno a las similitudes y diferencias entre los conceptos posthumano del \u00abposmodernismo\u00bb y el posthumano del \u00abtranshumanismo\u00bb. El posthumanismo y la tecnolog\u00eda han ido avanzando de la mano ya que actualmente es una forma de poder acceder al conocimiento: redes sociales, tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes y otros son instrumentos que nos facilitan el acceso a este conocimiento.
