C\u00e1tedra TIC Salut Social nace en diciembre de 2013 por iniciativa de la Fundaci\u00f3n TIC Salut Social y de la Universitat de Vic \u2013 Universitat Central de Catalunya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiene la&nbsp;<strong>visi\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;de dar servicio y servir de punto de referencia en la investigaci\u00f3n, docencia y difusi\u00f3n interseccional de las TIC, la salud y los servicios sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La misi\u00f3n de la c\u00e1tedra es difundir proyectos e iniciativas de investigaci\u00f3n que pongan el foco en mejorar la calidad asistencial, hacer m\u00e1s eficiente el sistema sanitario y social, y establecer un nuevo modelo de relaci\u00f3n entre la ciudadan\u00eda y su sistema de salud y social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La C\u00e1tedra tiene como&nbsp;<strong>objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Colaborar con las instituciones sanitarias y sociales tanto del entorno territorial de la UVic-UCC como las de alcance catal\u00e1n, nacional e internacional para promover proyectos, iniciativas de investigaci\u00f3n y pol\u00edticas de actuaci\u00f3n orientadas a mejorar la calidad asistencial y hacer m\u00e1s eficiente el sistema sanitario y social.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servir como instrumento, y ser una instituci\u00f3n de confianza y de referencia, para impulsar la investigaci\u00f3n, docencia y difusi\u00f3n de las TIC en los \u00e1mbitos de la salud y los servicios sociales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Los&nbsp;<strong>valores<\/strong>&nbsp;que gu\u00edan su actividad son:&nbsp;<strong>cooperaci\u00f3n<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>reflexi\u00f3n<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>empirismo<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>voluntad de servicio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para conseguir este prop\u00f3sito la Fundaci\u00f3n TIC Salut Social ha tejido una red de profesionales conectando entidades proveedoras de servicios, academia e investigaci\u00f3n, y tejido
