On October 19, the Palau de la Música Catalana will host the presentation of the DonaTIC 2026 Awards. This edition has reached a historic record of participation with 164 nominations, an increase of 86% compared to last year.
The candidacies have come from all over the Catalan territory, with a majority presence from the province of Barcelona (134), followed by Girona (13), Tarragona (12) and Lleida (5).
The awards seek to recognize female talent in the technological and digital sector, disseminate contemporary female references and promote vocations among the new generations.
