3rd edition of the Master’s Degree in Chronic Disease and Dependency

In the coming month of October, the third edition of the Master’s Degree in Chronic Disease and Dependency (MUCD) will be starting.

This is a research-oriented master’s degree aimed at nursing, social work and medical professionals who wish to enter a Doctorate Program.

The master’s degree offers an innovative quality program that provides excellent training for health professionals wishing to go further into researching chronic disease and dependency. This training must allow the new economic, clinical and social healthcare challenges requiring complete care of the patient and their family to be faced.

It is a university master’s degree given along with the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and with the involvement of prestigious institutions such as the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona, the Consorci Sanitari del Maresme and the Fundació TIC Salut. The teachers are health professionals of proven experience in research and experts in chronic disease with recognised scientific experience.
